The Mission

The mission of Heritage Baptist Church | Elkview, WV is to bring honor and glory to God by peacefully resting in His grace and joy, diligently working to grow His kingdom, loving and serving our King during our earthly tenure, so that one day we will all hear, “Well Done Thou Good And Faithful Servant.” (Matthew 25)

Objectives

Objectives of Heritage Baptist Church | Elkview, WV 
  • To worship and fellowship, experiencing an awareness of God, recognizing His person, and responding in obedience to His leadership. (Hebrews 10)
  • To experience meaningful fellowship with God and fellow believers. (I John 1 & 2)
  • To cultivate and maintain Disciples of Christ. (Matthew 28)
  • To minister to the needs of people in our community and around the world in the name of Jesus and in the power of the Holy Spirit. (James 1)
